About

My Training: As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia, I assist clients in exploring, evaluating, improving, or changing their career journeys and life paths. I have over 20 years of experience assisting others in this process, both in higher education and corporate sectors. As a psychotherapist, my areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, self esteem, stress management, in the context of a growth mindset. As a career counselor, I specialize in vocational exploration and assessment, career transitions and re-entering the job market, career change management,  job search strategies, and navigating ADHD in the workplace. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Georgia State University, where I specialized in both mental health therapy and vocational counseling for adults. I am also a certified clinical rehabilitation counselor and a national certified counselor.

I have a deep commitment to the affirmation of diverse identities in my practice, and I place a high value on the dignity and worth of all people. I strive  to be conscious of the larger forces of bias, discrimination, and exclusion as I work with clients and to be intentional about creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere for growth and healing.
